Enquiries and website activity

We keep the name, contact details, site location and requirements you submit so we can respond. For website operation, enquiry context and security, we log pages viewed, contact actions, time, referral page, IP address, approximate network location, and browser and device information. Where your browser permits, this includes screen and window size, pixel ratio, language and time zone. Referral query strings and fragments are not retained with new visit records.

Browser IDs and limits

An opaque first-party cookie named as_vid groups activity and enquiries from the same browser. It lasts up to 180 days. It is not proof of a person's identity: shared devices, changed browsers, cleared cookies and VPNs affect the information. We do not request precise GPS, recover a home address, inspect other websites you browse, or use canvas fingerprinting.

These details are available to authorized staff in our administration system. Our hosting and network providers process requests to deliver the website; this feature does not send visitor IPs to a separate lookup service. Optional screen, language and time-zone details are omitted when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Your choices

You can clear or block the browser cookie. This does not delete records already held or information you previously submitted. To ask about access, retention or deletion of your enquiry or website records, please contact our team.
