Overview
A portable home is built to live in, not to camp in. Ours are finished the way a small villa is finished: porcelain tiled floors, a fitted kitchen, a proper tiled bathroom, insulated walls, roof and floor, and reversible-cycle air-conditioning throughout. One, two and three-bedroom layouts can be joined, stacked or extended with a veranda, majlis or roof terrace. Electrical and plumbing are pre-arranged for solar PV, battery storage, water tanks and septic systems, which makes genuinely off-grid living practical on a farm or a remote plot. The unit is craned into place, connected to services and handed over ready to move into.
