Overview
An F&B unit is judged twice: by the inspector and by the customer. We build both sides in. Inside is a stainless steel kitchen with grease trap, extract hood, hand-wash basin and cold storage, laid out with municipality and food-safety requirements in mind. Outside is a service window, roller shutters, lighting, menu boards and a branded wrap that pulls people across a plaza. Kiosks can be road-towable trailers, static units craned into position, or container-based outlets. Power, water and waste come to single connection points, so a unit can be trading within an hour of being set down.
